New for this season, we've invested in state of the art winch equipment that also allows us to launch a tandem paraglider from the lakeside.

You will fly tandem with an experienced tandem pilot. Your pilot will lay out the paraglider and equipment on land and take you through a short safety and flight briefing. Then it's into the harness and clip onto the winch line which is attached to our boat on the water. A few short steps bring the glider overhead and we're airborne, cruising out over the lake gaining altitude all the way. Ten minutes later we're at 2500 feet with the boat far below us. Your pilot pulls the release handle and we are flying free.

From here you decide how you want the flight to proceed - Gentle soaring where we let you try steering the glider or we can show you the full flight envelope of our gliders, letting you experience exciting spiral dives, wingovers and B-stalls.

A soft landing on the lakeside completes your trip, returning you to earth where you can share your excitement with family and friends. You may also have your in-flight photos taken.

A paraglider is often confused with a parasail, which is a vented circular parachute towed behind a boat. Paragliding offers more of the flying experience.
